We have embraced objectives and priorities that build on the relationships between our staff and our customers.
Our objectives are simple:

  • Provide superior service through a properly trained and knowledgeable workforce;
  • Reduce risk by identifying and correcting unsafe conditions, improper materials, and substandard application; and
  • Maintain positive business practices that enable us to concentrate on building the best service organization in the industry.

 

Our priorities are straightforward:

  • We strive to achieve the highest customer satisfaction rating;
  • We treat our employees as second only to our customers; and
  • For us, our vendor relationships come before our own profits.

Without focusing on these priorities, we cannot meet our corporate objectives.
