About Us

Build Care was established at Delhi in 2001 by Mr. Sameir Goel, under the technical guidance of Col (Retd) Harry Sidhu, our Technical Consultant and soon became a trusted name among Waterproofing Applicators in North India with an impressive clientele. We service residential as well as commercial/ industrial clients. We now have our offices in Punjab & Haryana also.

We have our offices in Delhi and Punjab. We are organised to provide our services almost all over the country.

All jobs undertaken by Build Care are executed under the guidance of our Technical Consultant, who is a Post Graduate in Civil Structures. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers India and has been on the panel of HT Estates (a Hindustan Times, Supplement) for providing waterproofing solutions to HT readers through a help-line published by HT Estates. He is also ‘Visiting Faculty’ for Waterproofing and Building Maintenance at ‘National Technical Teachers Training & Research Institute’, Chandigarh, Member Board of Studies (Construction Technology & Management), Panjab University and Technical Advisor to a number of leading MNCs.
