Protective Coatings

We have solutions for preserving the beauty of the exteriors of buildings for a longer time and for preventing them from effects of carbonation, fading, blistering, peeling, preventing fungal growth etc.(in case of paints) and blackening, efflorescence, etc,(in case of tiles, paints and exposed brick work and stone work). Our protective coatings, micro-emulsions; and waterproofing admixtures for paints are anti-carbonation in nature and are the answer to all such problems. Alternatively; there are waterproof paints for walls that are better than possibly the best of the exterior paints being currently used. These have nearly double the life as compared to the conventional premium brand paints. The cracks are sealed with special sealers and then painted with elastomeric paints that are truly elastic in nature.

Anti Condensation Coating

Condensation is a common problem in the production area of many factories especially the Food and Pharmaceutical Industries. Condensation leaves unsightly unhygienic deposits on the walls. We provide specialised coating for such situations, which prevent damage due to condensation. 

Roof Insulation & Wall Insulation

Unlike the old traditional system of using mudphuska or thermocole / PUF we believe in using eco-friendly light weight insulating systems based on Vermiculite and ceramic materials for insulation of roof terraces and exposed walls. These systems have numerous advantages over conventional systems. Our systems lower the room temperature of top floors by approx. 5-6 degrees C (thereby reducing Power Consumption of Air conditioners by almost 20%).
